QWhat is the difference between a Proback and a Tie Back swimsuit?
The Proback features fixed, crossed thin shoulder straps that sit between the shoulder blades, giving a secure, locked-in fit ideal for competitive and squad training. The Tie Back has fully adjustable thin straps that tie at the back, offering a more customisable fit and a bolder, high-cut silhouette popular with pool swimmers alike.
QIs this suit suitable for competitive racing?
The Baltix Proback is an all-purpose training swimsuit, designed for high-volume squad and fitness swimming. It is not a World Aquatics approved racing suit. For competition, see the Amanzi Acceler8 RIZE Kneeskin or Jammers, which are World Aquatics approved for sanctioned competition.
QHow do I choose the right size?
UK sizes run from 24 (Girls 8) to 40 (Womens 16). Amanzi sizing is based on Australian standard sizing, which runs larger than some European brands. We recommend checking our Amanzi Girls & Womens Proback Size Guide and, if you are between sizes, going to the larger size. Our team is happy to help , contact us or visit us in store in Dordon. QHow do I look after my Amanzi swimsuit?
Rinse in cool, fresh water immediately after every use and hand wash with a detergent suitable for delicate fabrics. Never machine wash, wring or tumble dry. Air dry away from direct heat and sunlight. See our full product aftercare guide for detailed instructions.

Allens Swimwear is a family-run business founded in 1976 by Dennis Allen and his daughter Linda Beal. It started from a genuine need. “With 2 swimmers in the family it was often difficult to find the right kit, so dad and I took the plunge and started selling to local swimmers at our local pool in Kingsbury out of a suitcase and we’ve never looked back.” Today. Linda, her husband Richard, and three of their children Danny. Will and Jenna still run the business together. The suitcase may be long gone, but the founding principle of helping swimmers get the right kit remains exactly the same.
